Behavior Based Safety initiatives generally involve collecting data to determine how safely employees are behaving. If a risky trend in the behavioral data is observed, the contributing factors are analyzed and follow-up actions are taken. Learning to use the software is easy via an online conference call after the site has been created. This training covers a general overview of RADAR and explains the features RADAR has to manage behavioral data. You also receive step-by-step instructions on data entry and report creation.
